Masters Roofing are experts at installing standing seam metal roofs. Gorgeous on the roof, lost lasting, and easy to maintain. Metal roofing may cost more but the rewards are many. It has stood the test of time and is one of the oldest roof types on the planet.
We use top quality metal roofing panels manufactured by Custom Bilt Metals. Our roof panels come in a variety of widths, seam heights, and colors. Standing seams provide a unique shadowing effect on the roof creating elegant lines and angles. Our standing seams are available in 1", 1.5", 1.75", and 2" heights. Panels are available in 12", 13", 14", 15", 16", 17", and 18" widths.
Our metal roof painted surfaces are highly heat reflective, extremely durable, and fade resistant and use a substrate of various gauge galvanized steel, copper or aluminum. There are over 31 individual paint colors to choose from including terra cotta, smokey blue, patina green, and old town gray. Many colors are manufactured with 70% PVDF (polyvinylidene flouride), Kynar® 500 manufactured by Arkema, or Hylar® 5000 manufactured by Solvay and reflect up to 70% of the sun's energy, reducing heating costs. In fact, our cool color coated metal roofs meet LEED ( Leadership in Energy and Design ) standards for creating credits toward LEED certification.
Custom Bilt Metal roofing is warrantied in fullfor the first 30 years (pro-rated warranty up to a lifetime of the original owner)! A metal roof costs 2 to 3 times more than a low cost composite roof and similar to a shake or tile roof.
