Standing seams provide a unique shadowing effect on the roof creating elegant lines and angles. Our standing seams are available in 1", 1.5", 1.75", and 2" heights. Panels are available in 12", 13", 14", 15", 16", 17", and 18" widths.

Quality Coatings

Our metal roof painted surfaces are highly heat reflective, extremely durable, and fade resistant and use a substrate of various gauge galvanized steel, copper or aluminum. There are over 31 individual paint colors to choose from including terra cotta, smokey blue, patina green, and old town gray. Many colors are manufactured with 70% PVDF (polyvinylidene flouride), Kynar® 500 manufactured by Arkema, or Hylar® 5000 manufactured by Solvay and reflect up to 70% of the sun's energy, reducing heating costs. In fact, our cool color coated metal roofs meet LEED ( Leadership in Energy and Design ) standards for creating credits toward LEED certification.

Extensive Warranty / Long Wear

Custom Bilt Metal roofing is warrantied in fullfor the first 30 years (pro-rated warranty up to a lifetime of the original owner)! Warranty covers peeling, checking, chipping and cracking of the paint. It also guarantees fade resistance to within 5 units of color difference in compliance with ASTM D2244-02, paragraph 6.2.2 CIEL ab, 10o Observer and chalk resistance in compliance with ASTM D4214-98 to within 8 units. You can trust your new metal roof to look great year after year.

A Good Return on Investment

A metal roof costs 2 to 3 times more than a low cost composite roof and similar to a shake or tile roof.
